When Kohaku and Rin were taken to the underworld by a hellhound, Sesshomaru pursued them but Rin unfortunately stopped breathing during her captivity. Furious, Sesshomaru killed the Underworld Master in an attempt to save her, but was still unable to revive her. Realizing the pain of losing someone important, Tenseiga reacted to his compassion and purified the underworld, bringing them back to the world of the living.

This is Stein, a male cosplayer from the Philippines who makes a wonderful Sesshoumaru. I’m actually glad a guy cosplayed him this time, because he is also one of my most favorite characters. As a child, Hitsugaya Toushirou lived a carefree childhood in Junrinan, District 1 of western Rukongai. His mother passed away shortly after giving birth to him, and he was thus raised by his grandmother. His icy demeanor isolated him from others except Hinamori Momo, whom he considers a very close friend.

You might notice this is not only a crop from the original, but I also cleaned out the wires from the sky backdrop. I know a bit of photoshop, and since Goku Lover 3 mentioned in her comments how much she wanted those lines to disappear, I figured, why not?

The legitimate granddaughter of the Queen of Albion, Esther Blanchett was brought to Istvan shortly after her birth in order to keep her hidden from those who wish to assassinate her. Her father, Prince Gilbert, was unfortunately killed a little after she was born. Edward White took her to an orphanage in Istvan where she was raised to be a nun by Bishop Laura Vitez, who loved Esther like her own daughter.

Cheerful and highly dedicated, Tsurara can be quite overprotective of Nura Rikuo especially when he is in his “day” form. She works hard trying not to be a burden to him and has stated that she will protect him for all of eternity. This is because Rikuo was the one with whom she exchanged sakazuki with.

As both the Earl and the Order began their search for the most powerful Innocence known as the Heart, the Earl started killing off the Order’s most powerful Exorcists: the Generals. To protect them, the Order attempted to bring the Generals back to headquarters, and Allen along with three other exorcists were sent in search for the missing General Cross. The mission nearly caused Allen and Lenalee their lives, but were saved by their Innocence, leading the Earl, Bookman and his assistant Lavi to believe that one of them possessed the Great Heart.

In the 4th episode of Kuroshitsuji, Ciel Phantomhive and Sebastian Michaelis are in pursuit of Jack the Ripper, a serial killer terrorizing the City of London. After receiving information from Undertaker, Sebastian narrows the suspects down to the Viscount of Druitt. Madam Red then posed Ciel as her young niece with Sebastian as her personal tutor in order to try and capture the culprit.

Even though I’ve already posted about Ciel 10 times, I can’t believe I’ve never even featured him in this outfit! Akabara Yashiki makes a really cute Ciel, wouldn’t you agree? Thanks to Han for sending this in!

Yuna journeyed through Spira in search of the truth behind a sphere containing a video of a man closely resembling Tidus held up in jail. Alongside the Gullwings group who always help people in need, Yuna discovered that the man from the sphere was not Tidus, but Shuyin, an unsent person who wished to destroy Spira as revenge for the death of his lover, Lenne. In the end, the Gullwings managed to stop Shuyin and, depending on the player’s development through the game, Yuna may or may not see Tidus once again.

Although we can’t see Fairytale Destruction’s and Ari XIII’s faces, there’s something very classy about this photo, wouldn’t you agree? Thanks again to Colleen for sending this in!

Even among the Eldar she was accounted beautiful, and her hair is held a marvel unmatched. It is golden like the hair of her father and of her foremother Indis, but richer and more radiant, for its gold is touched by some memory of the starlike silver of her mother; and the Eldar say that the light of the Two Trees, Laurelin and Telperion, has been snared in her tresses.

“Goddess” by Fairytale Destruction

I’m a huge fan of the Lord of the Rings, and you have no idea how much I love this cosplay. Fairytale Destruction makes such a perfect Galadriel! I’m completely speechless! Thanks to Colleen for sending this in!

Presumably a squire under Cyrus, Glenn was a “Knight of the Square Table” who had a notably close, although platonic, relationship with Queen Leene. He later witnessed Cyrus’ death in the hands of Magus, and was shortly after transformed into an anthropomorphic frog by the dark mage. He was then known simply as “Frog” or “Kaeru” in the Japanese version, and Glenn dedicated his life to his Queen, vowing to avenge Cyrus by killing Magus.

It’s interesting to note that this is Negative Dreamer’s real hair, first dyed blond then dyed green. Now that’s what I call dedication! Thanks to Vanessa for suggesting this!

Second Exorcist Kanda Yu refuses to die until he finds a “certain person”, revealed to be a female Exorcist whose brain was placed into fellow Second Exorcist, Alma Karma. Kanda was the second Second Exorcist to awaken and was initially hostile towards Alma, but the two eventually became friends. When Kanda began to remember his past life, the people behind the Synthetic Disciple Project made the decision to terminate him, but Alma managed to rescue him.

The prototype for Cain, Abel, and Seth, Lilith is the fourth of the test tube babies created for the Mars Colonization Project by the United Nations' Scientists. She was in charge of the Health Care area and usually the voice of reason during conflicts among the Nightroad siblings. During the war, Lilith sided with the Vatican as she wished to save humanity while the three Nightroad siblings sided with the Methuselah, also known as “vampires”.

Lilith was never shown in the anime, but I’ve recently been reading the manga and she seems like a really powerful individual. In any case, this is only the cropped version of Middeneaht’s work, but Adelhaid makes a very beautiful Lilith. Thanks again to Niena for sending this in!

When Fa Mulan heard about her elderly father, the only man in her family, Fa Zhou, being forced to join the military, she decided to disguise herself as a man and take his place. When Fa Zhou learned about this, he prayed to his family ancestors, who ordered their “Great Stone Dragon” to protect her. Little did they know that the Great Stone Dragon failed to awaken and that Mushu, a much smaller dragon, was the one who went forth to protect Mulan.

Haydée Tebelin is a skilled harp player who is one of the members of Le Comte de Monte Cristo's estate. Once the former princess of the planet Janina, she and her mother were sold to slavery when her father was betrayed and murdered. She was eventually rescued by the Count, and deep feelings began to grow over time.

Once a poor orphan who lived on the streets of Rouen, Amy Sorel’s parents died of a plague known as the Black Death which spread across all of Europe during her time. Having no other family to turn to, she came across a man named Raphael Sorel, who was being chased by the local authorities. She hid Raphael from the soldiers, for she herself feared them as they ran her poverty-stricken town. Raphael felt that he needed to repay her for saving his life, and took her in to raise her as his own daughter.

That is one amazing cosplayer. Does anyone know who she might be? This was taken at Hanami 2011 in Ludwigshafen, Germany, and the photographer, Craoz, is looking for who this cosplayer is so that he can credit her as well. Thanks again to Niena for sending this in!
