Both Eruka Frog and Franken Stein are victims of Medusa Gorgon, a snake-themed witch who contains one thousand magical arrow-shaped snakes inside her body. Stein’s insanity worsened after Medusa forced Crona to plant a magical snake inside his replaced weapon partner, Marie Mjolnir. Eruka, on the other hand, was infested with Medusa’s countless magical snakes that threaten to kill her, unless she follows Medusa’s orders.

Although raised as a boy by her father, Lady Oscar has no reason to pretend to be a man because most of those at Versailles know that she is a woman. She fell in love with Hans Axel von Fersen, a Swedish count, who unfortunately only had eyes for the queen and thus treated Oscar like a friend without knowing her true feelings for him. When the revolution began, André Grandier confessed to Oscar that he loved her, and she realized that she loved him too.

Lily first appeared on the cover of the CD "Anim.o.v.e. 01" on the 19th of August 2009 before the announcement of her vocaloid development. Her voice source is the lead vocalist of m.o.v.e., Masuda Yuri. The idea of developing a vocaloid based on Yuri's voice came about as one of the m.o.v.e. members was a vocaloid user.

Seventeen months after Aizen Sosuke’s defeat, Neliel Tu Orderschvank went to Karakura Town in search of Kurosaki Ichigo. She then informed him about the Vandenreich, a group of Quincies who apparently survived the massacre years ago, have taken over Hueco Mundo. Both she and Pesche also told him that Dondochakka was captured and asked for his help.
